Carol Walker Bell is the JABA, Health Services Manager. She coordinates and oversees the services that are provided to clients by the JABA nurse practitioner and registered nurses. These services include care coordination and referral, health promotion, health screenings, some primary care and first aid. Carol is a registered nurse and also has a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Carol came to JABA a little over a year ago after spending 40 years as a community health nurse, and healthcare administrator. She moved to Charlottesville six years ago after retiring from Syracuse University.
