Regional Case Management Supervisor, Ginger Dillard, is responsible for the supervision of the Case Management Dept. and serves seniors and their families directly as a case manager in Louisa County. As a case manager with 15 years experience, Ginger conducts home visits and assists people with accessing the resources necessary to keep them at home and independent. As a supervisor, Ginger supports other case managers in each of JABA's six localities including the City of Charlottesville and works with them as a team to continually improve services. Ginger is also a member of several regional and local boards such as the Fluvanna-Louisa Housing Foundation, the Commission on Aging, and the Guardianship program.
