JABA operates three excellent Independent Living communities in the local area. These communities a wide variety of intersting activities and useful programs, while allowing you to remain independant and active. By living in a JABA community you will also have convenient access to JABA's many helpful services for Seniors. Woods Edge Apartments
Woods Edge Apartments offers independent living apartment homes for persons 55 or better. Woods Edge features beautiful, one- and two-bedroom apartments with affordable rents that include heat. Other amenities include laundry facilities on every floor, elevator access, recreation, computer and TV rooms, a library, beauty/barber salon, garden plots, social activities, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and much more. Conveniently located off of Rio Road in Charlottesville.

Ryan School Apartments
Located in the hills of beautiful Nelson County, the Ryan School Apartments are designed for comfortable, independent living. Park View Apartments
Park View Apartments at South Pantops opened in September, 2006, and features beautiful one- and two- bedroom apartments for seniors 62 and above. All apartments come with fully equiped kitchens, ceiling fans, mini blinds, spacious floor plans, and enhanced safety features. There is also a large community room with warming kitchen, onsite laundry facilities, a beauty salon, exercise center, TV lounge, library and computer room. Located in the Pantops area of Albemarle County.
