JABA volunteers are the heart of JABA so recently we surveyed 600 volunteers to evaluate how pleased they are with their experience. The results were extraordinary! 92.8% of those surveyed are satisfied or very satisfied with their volunteer experience. A general theme was that volunteers get back more than they give. For more information on how you can register to volunteer, go to the Volunteer Opportunities page or contact Martha Williams (434-817-5245). Martha can send you a full copy of the survey results or you can read a synopsis here.

Viable Futures was created as a guide for communities seeking ways to address the aging of America’s population in a manner that benefits all the generations.
