Marta Keane
Chief Executive Officer
CEO of JABA since April 2013, Marta Keane has focused on collaboration, working to help people age in their place of choice. Marta participated in the creation of the Charlottesville Area Alliance and in 2022 was elected President of the Virginia Association of Area Agencies on Aging. Her entire career has been focused on seniors achieving the highest quality of life, honoring the gifts that seniors offer.
Ginger Dillard
Chief Operating Officer
COO for JABA after joining in 1995 as a case manager for seniors and their families, Ginger Dillard has held many roles at JABA, lending a unique perspective on the history of the organization and senior needs. Further, Ginger serves on commissions and boards representing aging issues. Ginger looks for barriers and opportunities to engage others in creating new and exciting solutions.
Dabney Wellford
Chief Financial Officer
CFO of JABA since May 2022, Dabney Wellford’s rich background of financial experience is from both the private and public sectors. He maintains a focus on the utilization of resources to serve seniors in the diverse programs offered by JABA with an eye on stability and growth of all programs.
Tish Blackwell
Director of Philanthropy & Communications
Director since June 2022, Tish Blackwell has diverse knowledge in fundraising, marketing, public relations, and outreach. She has leveraged her skills to connect those in need with services while providing the ability to fund these vital services and programs.
Christina Evans
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Director since December 2020, Christina Evans has been working in the Human Resources field since 2003. Christina’s focus on communication and problem-resolution allow JABA staff to be heard and supported.
