The Board of Directors of the Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) is pleased to announce that it has named its long-time employee Christina Evans as its new Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis effective April 21, 2025.
Dick Gibson, JABA Board Chair, shared that “JABA is excited to have Christina become the CEO, sharing her experience both inside and outside of the organization and her passion to help elders in our communities. She has had a 20-year career in both the public and private sectors, focusing on policy, regulations, and relationship building. Christina has served JABA as the Chief Human Resources Officer for over 4 years and has vast knowledge of the organization’s programs, services, and the people JABA serves.”
