First Female Army Reserve Enlistee in Central Virginia
Dale Payne is one of the first Female Army Reserve Enlistees in Central Virgina along with two of her friends. She shared stories of her time in the Reserves with us. This International Women's Day, we celebrate and honor all women who came before us.
